Golden Globe Drama: Isaiah Washington Says "Fa***t" Again!

Like I said in my initial post I don't think it's the use of the word that's the problem hear. I think it's the fact he's denying. And if he's lieing instead of taking responsibility well then he's just an ass. But truth be told I wasn't there and I don't know what was or wasn't said.

My thoughts EXACTLY since the first incident, it is SUCH a perfect time to write him off, kill him off, etc just get him out of the show.

Christina's character shouldn't rely solely on one other for development anyway, and that's the way it's been for too long.

I just watched the clip from Ellen's show and I must say how impressed I am at T.R. Knight's composure when talking about this incident.

That he could recount the truth in such a brave and dignified manner, and completely without rancour (while clearly upset), is amazing and sets such a good examle.

Hearing someone say 'faggot' doesn't enrage me. what enrages me is when gay men get all flustered over hearing some straight guy say it, after we've all heard it/used it 1,000 times...but yet you have nearly every guy on JUB fantasizing about the mythological superiority of the straight guy and describing themselves as 'straight acting'...turning the idea of the straight 'manly' guy into a fetish damn near, when the majority of straight men look down on gay/bi men.

I think we might actually agree under the surface since I get pissed when a derogatory term is used hurtfully toward ANYONE. they dont neccessarily have to belong to one of my 'groups'. oh ok, i wasn't sure cuz it sounded like you were saying ppl wouldn't care as much if the situation were reversed.. obviously ppl WOULD care, the difference being the whole thing would've been put to bed months ago, so we wouldn't NEED to still be talking about it.. but just to defend the JUB boards, there WERE michael richards, and mel gibson threads where members were unanimously embarassed and sickened by their conduct as well.. it actually made me proud..
