That's definitely part of it. But I want a guy that looks the part, too. I know that there can be 18 year olds that look older than 22 year olds and so on, but for the most part I'm saying I've been, in the last couple of years, with guys age 17-19, that are just like, total twinks. Total boy wonders. The kind of guys that get carded every time (the clubs here are 18+). Although I still get carded too.

So compare that to a 22 year old and I think the maturity difference is big!

Now, 30, 40 year olds... I won't even go there... although I did fuck a 50 year old once and fool around with a 30-something once... but those were random...

Oh I'm not offended, I very much like your tone. I'm glad someone even thinks maybe I'm being a little dramatic and can get a kick out of it. I guess from the eyes of someone older, 17-22 might not be that big of a difference. But to a 21 year old it is... But yes, I like the term evolving too.

The only time I ever had an extended thing with a guy older than me was my 2nd year of Uni, when I was 20... and he was 21 or so... but way bigger and taller than me... and I thought it was so fucking hot too cause he was a big bottom... but that was like a brief excursion into more mature guy land and then I went back to blonde pristine twinks...

Well it's good your tastes are evolving. You may be young and hot now but you don't want to be the guy in his 40s still lusting after "18-22 ONLY". For me, I liked 12 year olds when I was 12, now at 23 I can go as young as a mature 18 and as old as their 30s. But those 16 year olds even if they look mature don't turn me on thankfully

To the OP, I'm the exact opposite.

I used to be attracted to older men when I was underage.

When I was 12 I wanted to have sex with men from 30~50...and my dream did fulfill when I was 18 and hooked up with men who were in their 40s & 50s.

I wasn't particularly looking for a sugar daddy or anything, I just felt older guys were more masculine and they made me feel more secure.

So, when I was in high school and early years of college I did not pay a single attention to the boys around my age, or any guys who were under 30, even though they were considered "cute" and "hot" by many others.

Now, however, things have changed. I'm beginning to pay attention to guys around my age...I still like older guys, but the max I can go with is 32. No one above that.

I'm 22 now by the way yet people still mistake me as a 17 year-old because of my appearance.

i agree with telstra and dj, the op is overthinking things a little here. but to answer the question: yes, my taste has changed a little, although there are still many things that remain.

mostly the guys im attracted to get older as i grow up myself. in my mid-20es now, teenagers have mostly lost their appeal, while guys well into their 30es have become more interesting. im really glad this is happening, i dont want to end up being a pervy old guy who is still into high-school boys.

in my teens, i didnt care for certain specific characteristics that i now find very attractive: frackles, red hair, tatoos, mohawks...

i also started being interested in more different kinds of men because i put some conscious effort in being attracted to a wider variety of men (im mainly talking about ethnicity and body-types here). but i have to say, im not as successfull with my "broadening" as id like to be. i guess one cant really force changes in their sexuality.

I've always liked men in his thirties and I still do now even I find atractives some men older than that. In other hand I don't apreciate the twink type very much now, and some years before I did. Athough my taste for beards hasn't changed

Yes, very much so. As I've gotten older, I've tended towards men older than myself, rather than younger than me, and beefier (bear-ish) men rather than twinks.
