Hey, seriously, you don't know a think about Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

She is a conservative Republican, yes, but did you know she supports gay adoption and gay marriage?

Sherri Shepherd (a black, female Democrat) is actually the only one on the panel who is opposed to gay marriage.

Why else did Obama throw away principle and run against gay marriage? He had to win over those conservative (and in many instances - African American) Democrats who are socially conservative.

She is in a progressive group of conservatives when it comes to gay rights and frankly I agree with what she said on torture.

I think in certain instances the President of the United States should have the right to sign off on torture (i.e. water boarding) if national security is at risk. I think it should be on a case by case basis where the President feels national security is at risk.

Nobody is advocating torture be used against your everyday domestic murderer. We're talking about international terrorists who could have vital information to our homeland security.

Edit: Another instance of Republican, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, being pro-gay marriage:

I think you guys need to realize, before casting someone as a right wing zealot, that you can't judge someone by their party affiliation or stance on torture or whatever. Did you know before this that she's supportive of our community?

Consider your sources. Sheri Shepard didn't know the Earth is round.

You need to cite where torture, or waterboarding in particular, will get reliable, truthful answers to what you want to know. You need to cite where torture, or waterboarding in particular, gets answers that would be acceptable in court. You won't find any. There is no proof that responses to torture will be truthful and be used in court.

And, yes, Hasselbeck is a bitch, even tho she is pro-gay. We don't need anyone like her on our side.

She is not progressive at all. When discussing prop 8, she argued for the people who were for it. Melissa Etheridge even went on the show to discuss the issue with Sherri and Elisabeth. Elisabeth never said she was for gay marriage in that clip either. She said it needs to be "evaluated". The only reason she appeared to be somewhat open then is because Rosie was on the show.

She is not pro-gay at all!

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Elisabeth is a diehard Republican and an ardent Bush supporter.
I think the waterboarding issue is a valid reason the US has lost so much international support. Typically, it's OK if we do it, but don't you do it!
Face it guys, no one or no one country is always right (and neither is Elisabeth).

HA! That's from Boys in the Band, ain't it? "Whom is she? Who was she? Whom does she hope to be?"

Her real name is O. Sheeza-Beast!

Talk about a two holer! He should have slapped her puddy BEET RED, sort of the color of Rush's rode hard/put away wet tuddy.

I had forgotten about Boys in the band. It has been so long since I have seen it. I've been trying to find a copy of it, but it doesn't appear to be on the web.
All this time I thought I coined that phrase.

I wonder if I can piece together all the youtubes to get the whole thing?

That's what I've been waiting for too. If I find it all in one piece, I will post it here.

Here's Ventura manhandling Hannity.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeMuDN9Ewyc[/ame]

Ventura went on Fox and Friends and bodyslammed the hosts. Especially that douche with no eyebrows.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93P0mKKXXFM[/ame]

Funny part is when Ventura tells the eyebrow-less bastard to walk the walk and not talk the talk. And then Ventura asked him if he enlisted... and then the clown replies, "what, you don't like our armed forces?"

WTF?

That was definitely a WTF moment!

It was one among several... honestly, I don't think that dork could have qualified for our high school debate team -- what's he doing on TV???? :help:

why is torture such a surprise? don't you think our government uses methods outside the law all the time to achieve its goals? whatever they may be. "truth commission"? do you really want to know all our countries dirty little secrets?

i think the "hass"really thinks she knows what she is talking about.
