He was never elected legitimately. His 2000 election was not legitimate, thus invalidating anything else. George Carlin once said he wouldn't call Bush a President. He would only call him "Governor Bush". That's all. And he was an asshole who had no regard for American life.

We had high employment (low unemployment) during the Bush/Republican Congress years. Job growth is not a good measure of performance because when Bush took over we had had a Republican Congress for 6 years with high employment. When the Democrats took Congress, the economy collapsed and has stayed low. Bush started with high employment and Obama started with low employment and still has low employment.
You cannot escape the fact that the economy was best during the years the Republicans controlled Congress, from 1994 to 2007.

When Clinton left office, unemployment was 4%

When Bush left office, it was 7%

Now it's a smidge under 8%

You guys are always conveniently forgetting about the recession we were in during the last year of the Clinton Administration. Bush inherited a recession too.
