Have you ever...

Well, not just for sex, but for -- romantic trysts, let's call them 😇 -- I have. One was for Valentine's Day.

Have you ever left work early for sex?

No , and I wouldn't

Have you ever bought yourself a pet when you were a kid ?

No. Never needed to. We had plenty of dogs. (At one point I think we had six in the house, though two were a long-term dogsit.)

Have you ever seen, in person, puppies or kittens being born?

Yes , in my case I've seen my cats give birth and occasionally I assisted them

Have you ever changed a baby's diapers ?

Maybe once? Can't remember for sure. Certainly not more than once or twice in my life.

Have you ever eaten guinea pig (cuy)?

Not gifts, exactly. If I was there, Jack would always bring a mouse as soon as he caught it, just to show Daddy that he had it. But it was always his kill; he never offered it to me, and he never left it for me if I wasn't there. (If he had, his brothers would just have taken it to play with themselves.) Speaking of which, Jimmy was too shy to be a real hunter, and Joey never caught a mouse he didn't steal from Jack.

Have you ever had an animal come through an open window or door into your house? (Insects don't count.)

Never from a pet store, though I did get one from a deli. (And he was the best I ever had, or probably ever will have.)
Two from animal rescue (one of whom I helped get from the street myself); two from a solo rescuer who worked at the vet's office; one a feral kitten I trapped-neutered-and -didn't-release myself. And one we refer to as The Self-Rescuing Cat.

How about you?

My aunt was fosting two dogs chihuahua and my dad wanted a dog and I said that we didn't one but after we got her at home it changed everything

Have you ever got tired after eating?

I don't currently have any pets. The last two pets were a cockatiel and a cat. I never got a pet from a pet store, they all seemed to come to me in one way or another. I got the cockatiel, Phoenix, from a classified ad when I was looking for another cockatiel that had escaped. I told the guy that he wasn't my bird, but he insisted that I take him anyway. I had Phoenix for nearly 25 years, the longest I've had any pet.

My cat Mango was originally my Mother's. A teen girl a couple of doors down had a kitten, and her mother wouldn't let her keep it, I think because they already had cats. When my Mother died, Mango went to my Aunt and Uncle's. But when I saw they were keeping her in a deplorable condition, I took Mango back, and she lived with me until she died. So I guess she was a rescue in a sense.

Have you ever gotten a pet to help you get over the grief of losing another pet?

No, but only because I already had another pet (or two) there to help me get over the grief. I know very well that that the best grief therapy for losing a pet is another pet.

Have you ever gotten another pet to keep the first one company?

No.

Have you ever had a vivid dream where you interacted with characters from a TV show?
