HBO's "True Blood" [merged]

I may not be fussed that the series is ending but I am looking to see how they wrap it all up. Hopefully, they'll go out on a high.

I'm not at all sure I'm going to watch the new season. I thought the end of last season was pretty stupid.

I don't mean the destruction of the institute. That was cool beyond belief. I mean the "monogamous feeding relationship" thing. And at the very end, the attack of the zombie vampires was gagworthy. I don't watch zombie movies or TV, because I'm bored to tears with zombies, and having a good show put them in was disheartening.

My favorite characters: Eric & Pam
Favorite beings: the Faeries. I would LOVE to see more of them and their world, good & bad.
I am sad to see it end because it is an awesome show because it shows not just about the supernatural, but the human side, and the struggle of co-exsisting. If season 6 was done better and since people weren't so quickly killed off this show could have lasted longer. Hey I loved Charmed and it lasted 8 seasons. I honestly was not a fan of True Blood, I thought it was another stupid vampire show until my fratbro sat me down and made me watch season 1-2 which was all that was out at the time. I've hooked every since and not just because of the sex, hell humans have sex alot, do why not show it, I even looked past all of that. I would have loved to see Lafayett and Jesus story go a little further cause that was anice change to see him actually happy, him and Tara. More I'm just on a tangent and lost focus so I guess I'm done typing now

Hopeful that this last season they will finally KILL SOOKIE
miserable exhausting bitch

and KILL BILL while you're at it
he's just as exhausting to watch

I can never get enough Jason/Pam/Tara/Jessica/Mrs Fortenberry/Lafayette
all fun

Supposedly, Eric and Jason are supposed to be having an intimate scene together, I'm all for that.

I absolutely love the whole show, my favorite supernatural tv, series, can't wait for the final season, I only character I did miss that died was Nora I thought she was enjoyable.

Yeah Norah was a great character. I was hoping they would keep her for a little bit to explore the tension between her and Pam some more. They offed her too early just like Godric before her.

Yes, they did and that has been a bit of a problem with the show within the past couple of years, they killed some good characters just as we were getting to know them and Russel's death was a disappointment to me as well but other than that loved it.

I loved Russel's death! It was so...well, overdue, for one thing. I was afraid they were going to stupidly lock him away again.

Lorena was another character that I thought they killed off way early. She was great. Yeah, I too was disappointed with how they handled Russels true death. It was kinda anti-climatic. He was the biggest threat to them since MaryAnn and they should have killed him off the most epic way possible. Actually I'm still bothered by how they killed Sophie-Anne. She's supposed to be very old and therefore super fast and very powerful yet she just stood there and let the human guards shoot her to extinction.

He was a psychotic vampire almost impossible to overcome, but Eric killed him easily in season 5 I feel they rushed his death, there towards the end in order to move on to Warlow.

Probably, but Eric did pick his moment well. Waited until he was tripping balls on fairy blood, so he wouldn't notice Eric slipping up behind him.
