HBO's "True Blood" [merged]

Tara/Pam could have an interesting dynamic, and I liked the suicide juxtaposition. I also like Jason's sex addiction acceptance.

The only weak points for me are the Bellefleur's. I don't give a shit about Terry, Arlene, Andy, Hoyt...well, that's about it. Anything else I can deal with. But I think the season is at least better than the last two so far.

Same here. Its not that I hate the characters, but I'm just not interested in what they have going on. I'd prefer it if they gave that screen time to everyone else. The main characters I see are Sookie, Tara, Bill, Erik, Lafayette, Sam, Jessica, Jason. That's 8 people already, not counting Pam, Alcide, and Luna. And they could focus more on Meloni & the Authority storyline...

Its a bit much when Andy, Arlene, Hoyt, Terri pop up but aren't part of the main storyline. Its a bit overkill. Soooo many characters

This season looks like it could be the best. At least for me. The most interesting thing about this season is definitely going to be the Authority plotpline and the Sanguinist movement. For so many seasons, we have heard so much on the Authority, and now we are on the inside, I am eating it all up.

Terry Bellefleur is whatever. I feel like his scenes are fillers inbetween the good stuff and it is a little annoying. It will be interesting how Tara develops as a vampire. Especially once Pam takes responsibility as her maker and teach her the ways of Vamps.

And boy will it be awesome when Russell Edgington recovers.

Also interesting to find out Eric and Bill met a lot time ago.

i think this season will be the most interesting just because it involves so many plot points and also more politics than usual. i felt bad that tara tried to commit suicide, but the actress who plays her is a series regular, so i think pam will just accept it and take tara under her wing.

and omfg chris looks so good, i almost wished it was him who screwed both of them for information, just like that girl did.

"We'll Meet Again" Season 5 ep. 4 Luv this episode.

The song playing in the Faerie club is "Sleep Isabella" by Abney Park

I am surprised nobody has mentioned so far the refreshing break of everything everything being focused on sookie and her love life... I am enjoying pams role more and more and find her always saying the same things i am thinking

I want Christopher Meloni to help me work through my daddy issues.

I could not have been more gleeful than I was when Pam pulled skin off a tan bed burning Tara. Tara has been the whiner from day one of this series and she gets on my nerves. Give it up bitch. I so love Eric and Pam together because I love Pam and I love Eric but that release scene was so deep and painful and both played out the scene so beautifully.

I don't want Alcide and Sookie to mate. He deserves better. Bill's sad eyes as he watched and Eric telling him that he didn't think she wants either again.

Wild scene in Faerie Land. Kind of Studio 54ish.

Meloni is definitely a stroke of genius for this role. Powerful, demanding, sexy as hell and evil. Those eyes through the blood.

SO FREAKIN' HAPPY that kid was killed.

Also...SO FREAKIN' HAPPY drunk Sookie sang The Pina Colada Song!

me too(!)that kid was a douche....im missin goth hoyt though.....maybe he + jason will rekindle soon that way*|*

^ Goth Hoyt gets his neck sucked on by a dude vampire...I saw it in the trailer for this season. :D

Tara imitating Pam to Sam was funny. "As your maker, I command you..."

At this point, I'm kinda hoping Russell Edgington kills Sookie or permanently banishes her to faerie land. I am so over that girl and her whining.
Lafayette told it like it is to her. :=D:

Love this season so far. True Blood hasn't been this good in years.

What do you guys think of the new character Salomè, played by Italian actress Valentina Cervi?

Deliciously evil character. As with other Chancellors of the Authority, though, I want her to die in extreme pain, preferably after weeks of burning in a UV cell.

when i saw chris shirtless in the bed i almost died, obviously he isnt as buff as he in in his Oz days, but he still has a pretty nice body.

and i think it was smart this season so far to not make it the sookie show, they are giving time to other stories, although one small critisicm would be that maybe there are too many storylines between bill/eric and the authortity, pam and tara, sookie and alcide, terry and his friend, lafayette and the demon, the fairie land thing with the cop, jason/jessica an hoyt. and then we gotta squeeze russell in there, but it has been a good season so far, wish we could get more episodes than 12.

The Vampire Authority is the only thing keeping me interested this season ... this season has way too many story lines going and it seems like True Blood has run its course

god i just got back into this show. i started from the first episode and now im in the 4th (?) season. i seriously cannot get enough of this show. even though at times it can be cheesy and remind me a little of twilight, i just cant stop! HBO always knows how to make the best shows!

extra bonus: theres SO MANY hot guys in the show! like fuckkkkk lol

just saw the episode from last night, and there was a nice ass shot of jason aka ryan kwanten
