HRC wont support 15$ an hour wage because her business backers wont allow it
HRC wont supported the corporatized TPP trade deal until it became impossible for her to not oppose it
HRC is an interventionist because its easy to get military industrial complex support for war
HRC supported a wall-street sponsored bankruptcy bill after she opposed it, destroying consumers
HRC superpac supporters started pouring money into her campaign before they said they would, citing her weakess on progressive issues.

These are things I just thought off the top of my head, do Hillary supporters really believe the corporate machine will be behind her and not the republican candidate?

With that working against her, and the Iraq war issue playing heavily into favoring Barack Obama in 2008, Hillary is going to have a much tougher if not improbable road to the White House.

- She won't support $15 because it's unfeasible. If you look closer at Bernie's plan, it also doesn't get to $15 until 5 years from now.

The rest is random bitching as usual

You're getting really delusional if you are really equating Hillary with Republicans.

I get that you like Bernie, but your over the top vitriol against Hillary is really becoming unhinged. Bernie and Hillary agree on MOST things.

Yeah, this true. I just fear the public is not going to see much of difference between her and Trump. If you're an independent and your choice is between a corporate executive or a corporate lackey, who do you pick?

Bernie Sanders. Trump has been courting sanders voters for months, if Hillary is the nominee a lot of people are going to bail on the democrats this year.

Don't you think that Sanders will lose a lot of democrats as well? Or do you imagin that all democrats want socialism?

Yeah most people aren't total morons, so they'll probably see some difference.
Don't forget which country you're living in.

The fact that Trump even stands a chance of getting elected (against any Democrat who has more life in them than a tire iron, or more intelligence than a fern) is telling me that we have the most clueless and stupid electorate to reside in any "Western(ized)" nation in at least three generations.

Not to mention that even a contest against Ted "I'm going to cram my Protestantism down your goddammed throat and take away any rights you've won in the past 200 years" Cruz doesn't have any guaranteed outcome.

He would being heresy back if he could - complete with the death penalty, of course.

Has anyone else noticed that the usual resident paid shills at every site have gone silent on Bernie..and Hillary?

Like all at once...after all these years..they have nothing to say about either of them?

...and now it seems like alot of "Bernie supporters" sound exactly like the shills who went silent used to sound?

Gee..I wonder what happened to them?

I hope they are OK....;)

you cant say that, your disagreeing with a Hillary supporter.

At a certain point....people need to step back and re-evaluate whether the purpose of a thread is to enlighten and educate or whether it is to engage in a battle with other posters.

You raise interesting points/questions in your opening post....it doesn't need to descend to sniping about people who still may be supporting Hillary.

Every election, JUB loses members who became so passionately invested in the cause of their own 'rightness' in supporting a particular candidate or party that they just simply implode...or in more than a few instances, have been banned because their tempers ran away with them.

Let's try to do 2016 little differently.

While we may think that someone who doesn't support our candidate must be intellectually, morally and psychologically deficient to not see why our choice is the only right one....how about we don't slash out at one another and make it all personal?

We should be able to trash talk the candidates all we want..(although only talking about their positives would be more constructive)...but stop with the pissing on one another.

Thank you rareboy.

You captured the essence of perhaps why so many may lurk and seldom post. It can be tedious at times slogging through all the mudslinging which is simply the same few people saying the same thing to each other in various threads on this forum. And it's not limited to just political threads.

It can be difficult at times to capture a nugget of salient information germaine to the topic at hand.

But alas, I am strong and shall slog on...

Peace!
