Simple answer EVERYONE should make a living wage.

There's nothing wrong with gradual wage inflation.
Currently governments and central banks wet themselves when wage inflation rises to meet cost of living increases, or (shock horror) rises faster than cost of living increases.
That logic is not sustainable.

I'm fighting with my employer right now to get compensated for cost of living. I'm hitting a brick wall. I think it's at about 3.5%. Does that seem right?
