Hillary WILL BE on Presidential Ticket in 2012

He lost because of his age and because of Sarah Palin.

Just like Dole lost because of his age and Jack Kemp, though more because of his age.

The reason why it is mostly voters over 50 who don't trust politicians over 70 is that only they are old enough to remember the senile Reagan!

Apart from a few very young history buffs that is. (!)

John McCain lost because of George Bush. It doesn't get much more truthful than that. The other factors mentioned was just further reinforcement of not voting for the Republican ticket.

Geez, I'd really hate to lose Biden. He's the only VP that makes Dan Quayle look smart.

To give John McCain some credit, his 173 electoral votes was more than what would've been generated had the 2008 Republican presidential nomination gone instead to either Mitt Romney or Mike Huckabee.

No Republican could have won Election 2008. Not based on the history, as given in that ABC News video, what with 43rd president of the United States George W. Bush — whose 2000 U.S. Popular Vote was [–].52% and his 2004 U.S. Popular Vote 2.46% in the margins (under/over his Democratic opponents) — who consistently polled, for his job-approval ratings, in the 20s% and 30s% percentile his last two years in office.

You don't believe Ross Perot siphoning 8 million votes was a little factor?

No I don't. Ross Perot had 8,085,294 votes. Bill Clinton had 8,203,716 votes more than Bob Dole had. Even if Dole had gotten ALL of the votes that went to Perot, he would have lost, because Perot actually got his best results in rock-solid red states like Utah and Texas that Clinton was never going to win anyway.

BFD. McCain never had them to begin with, so i don't see what this point proves other than Bush did a grade A hit-job on the Middle Class.

Just because people still don't have jobs doesnt mean they are automatic republican voters.

And Hillary will only be 69 if she decides to join the ticket. It doesnt mean she will run for President in 16.

69 Is pretty young for a white woman, compared to a black man (especially one who smokes =p ) or even a white man. ( McCain was 71? on election day 2008 )

I am just glad that adding Hillary to the ticket would give Republicans a 0% chance of winning.

If Sarah Palin can (almost) single handedly drag down the republican ticket then HRC can prove pivotal.

Republicans love their losers too much. What gives me nightmares is if McCain had won and died, Palin would have been president. I don't think America would react to that so well now. Joining the Bush crowd is the worst thing you can do politically, had they both paid the price, and are both rightly disgraced.
