Home grown terrorists ... ?

In Europe, especially western European,
the government seems to be very tolerant of terrorists views.

They protest/preach openly with extreme views without fear.
Why is this acceptable ? Shouldn't they be jailed for inciting violence ?

Why are we not banning certain opinions? Because.....this isn't 1960's Romania?

If they are inciting violence certainly, beat them about the head with the book, but if it's placards anything like "Infadels will burn in hell!", just think to yourself, better than being in heaven with all those fucking muslims. No bacon or sodomy. Fuck that.

And another thing, there's a bit of one sidedness to the title of this thread. Not all terrorists are muslim. I've heard Celtic and Rangers fans singing songs glorifying terrorist groups and acts every weekend. Fair enough they're cracking down on it these days, but it's more in terms of it being "a serious social issue" as opposed to "a threat to national security" when muslim extremism is involved. Do you think it's cos most muslims are brown? I get that sinking feeling myself.

I don't care they are brown or white.
I care about their extreme views.

Most of the victims of these extreme views are the Muslims themselves.
They are afraid to come out for being accused of not a true Muslim.

Never been to a British football match, but I bet being in the crowd for Celtic v. Rangers is an experience.

Are there really songs sung glorifying the IRA at these matches? And I presume you're referring to a group like the UVF for the other side?

It's not necessarily that our Government is tolerant (we have laws in place regarding inciting hatred), it's the tossers of the European Commission that insist that extremist Muslims have greater rights under the European Human Rights Act than Joe Average does. It's time one of our political parties had the balls to say fuck the EU, and send all the immigrant extremists back to their own countries to spout their hatred. The UK has become the joke of Europe.

more Muslims got killed in their own countries because of them.

Their countries becomes more and more Saudi Arabiarized because of them.

And the British government is to blame for accepting religious schools.

I wasn't insinuating you did, sorry. That was more a blanket statement on the hypocricy of the Scottish and British legal system. White kid shouts "Hang the queen!" or "We're up to our knees in fenian blood!" they get arrested and fined.
Muslim kid shouts "Praise Sheik Osama bin Laden!" he gets the fucking armed response unit surrounding his house and one of his relatives shot in the arm "by accident." In reality all three are examples are morons. But one rsponse for all three please. Either treat them as the twats they are, or send armed cops 'round all thier houses.

i've grew up with a bunch of guys that are considerate as being extremist but....
before 9/11 my neighbourhood was full of drug dealers...... after it was full of muslims that was thinking about there individual rights as a european citizen. At that date (also my friends) all of the european muslims were thinking about where they belong as an individual. wich is not a bad thing.....
i mean you shouldnt stress about what the difference are between people... but what bring them together.
my grandparents are pretty racist in there views but you cant judge them because they come from a different time.
the important thing is that me and my sister come from a place where we fight with people that are different but because of this we came together. and this is whats important.
there are always gonna be fascist idiots that dont change. the important is that you change the ignorant.
it dont matter if you are gay, muslim, straight, lesbian...... it matters that you have respect for all the diffirent vieuws in society...
not everybody as seen the struggle in being an indiviual ( hippies, punks,....)
as a society you should embrace the difference between people and learn to learn from each other.
start with being an individual.....and be free of this small minded vieuws thats whats important for me!

The suppression of protest is the very thing that will further fuel terrorism.

You can't just outlaw dissidence or bad guys.

Civil liberties were hard fought and hard-won against innumerable tyrants the world over.

Political rights are more complex than "someone ought to DO something about those people!"

They can protest all they want but religious message should be banned.
Extreme messages should be banned.
