Good afternoon, Bill.(*8*):kiss: it’s sad today for me since it’s the fifth anniversary since I lost Barbara. But life must go on, and after visiting the cemetery, with two very good friends, I’ve just had a go at changing my signature on here again. I think it’s exceptionally complicated, but I’ve now got a photo’ of the last train at Market Weighton station in late November, 1965.

Hi, Araucaria, (*8*) thank you, the time has flown by since Barbara, my Mum, died. My friends are helping to fill the void left by her passing.
You may be right about me getting used to the upgraded forum. In the Conversations, I’ve just found out that you can send videos off the device you are on. No need to link from another site anymore. But, sadky, you can’t do that in a thread like this one.

Here’s a train pic, and it shows a former Midland Railway single wheeler steam engine, nick named the Midland Spinner, since, with just one driving wheelset, it appeared to be spinning along the rails.

Well, I’m okay today, but it’s manic Monday again! I’m very, very superstitious about these things. I won’t walk under ladders, and when a train goes under a bridge I always have my fingers tightly crossed for luck.
