. I’ve had a quiet day today, and I’m relaxing this evening. I hope you are having a great day today.
I still haven’t got over seeing all those Pheasants!

I know exactly what you mean by not cycling around the streets of a town or city. I also much prefer the countryside, and I’m glad you have somewhere you can go to. Here’s a photo I took of one of my favourite views from the top of the Yorkshire Wolds, looking over the Vale of York to the Pennines.
it’s great to meet you, and I hope you are having a great day. Do join in the fun in my thread again. We are all good friends here.

it was a good day yesterday, but today has been much less so with roadworks outside my flat. The traffic is all backed up from them with fumes, dirt, noise and very loud music. Thank goodness they finish on Thursday, I’ll be able to open my windows and take out my earplugs.
. I’m okay, and it’s been a very quiet day today. I’m going to rip some dvd’s before going to bed.

Good Wednesday Evening Robkiss:
I hope you have a enjoyable evening.

I’ve had a strange few days what with the roadworks, which are now finished, and the back pain from yesterday morning, which is healing up quite quickly.Hey Rob![]()

it’s nice to see you, and I hope all is well with you and your family. I hope you’ll have a great weekend. I’m feeling much better from the back pain, and hope to be out on the bike by Sunday.Good evening, Rob![]()

I hope you are okay and have had a lovely day today, and will have a great weekend. We are to have quite a bit of rain over the next few days and I’m hoping it will ease the serious drought we are experiencing.Good Friday morning, Rob!
I hope all is well with you.
Hi Rob! I just saw your post in Gary's thread about your back pain. I'm sorry to hear it.
Take it easy, and I hope you'll get to feel better, and will feel like getting out and doing more soon.

now then, there’s no need to cry, I’m feeling much better already. I was able to walk around just about as normal today. It’s definitely those muscle fibres which I tore some eight years ago. I was trying to lift my Mum up from the floor after she’d had a fall, but in mid lift, my bad suddenly gave out. I heard a big Crack, and then was full of the worst pain I’ve ever been in. I could not move but was just able to get the phone, and was able to call for an ambulance. I ended up seeing my doctor, and he said, after I explained exactly what had happened, that everything was pointing to a big tear of the muscle fibers in the lower back. I will have a weakness there for life.

sorry to be late replying to you, but I’ve been looking at railway videos.
I think I recommended this a long time ago, but for your back you need this bike
