Hi, I am kind of embarrassed to write this but they are the one thing I wish I could change. I am 26, 5'11" slim build with a little hint of definition. I used to be a runner when I was in school and I enjoy running for exercise. I have moved to Barcelona and lost some weight in the past 4 months (different lifestyle and diet) and now I want to take advantage of it for the summer. I prefer to be slim than built up and muscley.
I started running a month ago (2 or 3 times a week) about 3 km each time, a good portion of it is steps too. My stomach (my old enemy) is getting slimmer and my chest is growing, but last week when I was shopping for new jeans I just got really upset cause everything was tight around my thighs.
What else can I do to minimize the size of my thighs. My waist is now 32 but I have to wear 34 so that things aren't real tight around the butt and thigh areas. Any ideas guys?
