Rainy days make me feel reflective; they provide me with an opportunity to reflect on my life.

Beware, rant ahead! I'm tired of the stupid rain! Here in Florida has been raining all summer long and frankly I am sick of it. Yesterday, for example, it rained all day long, we are talking flood watch stuff, you just can't go anywhere, it's too humid and we had to have the lights on all day because it was that dark. It stopped for a little while but sure enough around 5:00 am it was back in full swing, just down pouring until about 1:00 pm, the chances of rain for the rest of the week; 80 to 70%, makes me sad and depressed and little pissed off. I want some fucking sunshine already. Thanks.

I don't mind when it rains.

There are people dealing with flooding in the USA so I'm not going to bitch about some rain. It could be a lot worse like the people dealing with flooding

It makes me grateful to be inside and warm. Even if I get caught in it, I'm grateful that for me I know it's temporary and my house isn't flooding, or worse yet, living out in the cold on the street.

Tranquil and calm. Or excited.

It is a rare treat to have rain and it makes everything smell alive. We get either drizzle (tranquil) or great crashing thunderstorms (excited.)

Chai tea?

In my old house, I hated rain because that meant there was a good chance my basement and roof would leak... although I lived on high land so I didn't have to worry about the whole neighbourhood going underwater like some parts of the city.
My new house is solid, but it's in an area that has been known to flood on occasion. It hasn't rained excessively since I moved here, but we'll see what happens down the road. The new paint, baseboards, and carpet in the basement seems suspicious... perhaps it flooded recently?
My commute involves driving on roads that are very prone to flooding... at one point, I had to drive bumper deep through a flooded intersection. Fortunately, my car made it through.

Seattle is known for rain and for most here it's a neutral to good thing...

I used to hate it when I lived in the city because it often interfered with plans.
Living in the country now, I find it comforting and pleasurable to wake up to the sound of rain hitting the tin roof. As long as it doesn't last for days on end.

I don't mind them. Since I have a garden, and there are veggies in there, and other things, it means I don't need to add to my water bill. We can also spend a day in relaxing. I won't say it makes me happy, or sad. Rain is.

A day without rain and clouds is a day without beauty and happiness. I really should move to Seattle or Scotland! I currently live in the American desert. Fewer than 5 inches per year :(

It rains all the time here so I've learned to not let it affect me too much. Just need to make sure to get out when the sun is out and make the most of it.

I don't like rainy days. It's annoying having to carry an umbrella during the day and during the night the rain keeps me up.

yea..like today, the sun played peek a boo with us during noon, like there was bright- then gloomy- then bright!
My dog always asked me to open the balcony when it's sunny but then she tap the door blind again when it was gloomy  poor thing
