I do what any man does when he can't sleepand so pathetic as it sounds if I have extra problems sleeping I hug my pillow or my stuffed bear and I sleep like a little children.
I sometimes hug my pillow, too.

I don't have any problems falling to sleep. Just close my eyes, then the next thing I know it is morning.

Poorly; is the short answer.
My brain just sometimes decides its not tired, even though my body certainly feels it, and I end up usually surfing the web until all odd hours of the evening. Every once in awhile, I do manage to fall asleep easily, but those are rare evenings indeed.
I've always had trouble falling sleep ever since I was kid. When I was a kid I was bullied endlessly at school, so I always wanted to make the night last as long as possible before I had to wake up to the morning and face another day in school. So in simple terms as a kid I was scared of falling asleep because I know it would only be one more day of pain afterwards. (snip)
