There's no need to be annoyed by someone flirting with you unless they're ignoring your personal space and/or any boundaries you've set. Flirting, for the most part, is harmless. I get hit on by people I'm not attracted a lot. I just take it as a compliment and move on.

There are plenty of casual ways to work into a conversation that you're gay. Just say "This guy i used to go out with...." or "Last month at Pride Day..." or something along those lines.

The girls will get the hint and back off.

(and yes... unwanted flirting from ANYONE is annoying, especailly when it won't stop. )
