So, do you consider yourself a pretty good cook? Or maybe you have no experience? If you are a good cook, what's your specialty?

I wish I could say I am a good cook, but I hardly ever cook anything. >.> I'm thinking of taking a cooking class, though.

I can eat my cooking, but I certainly wouldn't subject anyone else to it.

Not very good... I'm functional and can cook for myself, but it's nothing I will showcase for anyone else: if it's my night to cook, we're going out.

Me and my 5 brothers grew up in our families Italian Restaurants, we had two, and our grandmother had all of us cooking in the restaurant by the time we were 15. We are all the primary cooks in all of our familes. Two straight, one bi, and two gay, so we are well represented. We always thought it odd that no one went on to become a professional chef.

I'm teaching myself with online recipes. I usually have a friend over for dinner twice a month and I try to make something new. I'm not a good or natural cook, so I put kinda.

I'm by no means a gourmet chef, but I still consider myself a damned good cook. I have to cook alot or I would starve. I'm not much a fan of microwave dinners or fast food.

I consider myself to be a pretty decent chef. The latest dish I tried was beer can chicken. I put an apple wood spice rub on it and stuffed a can of Coors into it and cooked it on the grill for about an hour.

It was chronic. The only bad thing about it was I had a bunch of it left over. I'm not a huge chicken fan but I can eat it from time to time. I ended giving a lot of it away to neighbors.

Decent at cooking. Like others have said, I need a cook book.

My "specialty" would have to be lasagna.

I made bonbons yesterday filled with white chocolate & pistachio, plus some palet ors and caramel chocolate :gogirl: I pressed my palets a bit too much, but whatever !oops!

I think I'm a very good cook. I do rely on recipes for basics, but I can improvise on instincts taught to me by my parents.

When I was growing up, it always seemed to be a battle between my parents as to who was the best cook, when all my friends would say their mom was the only cook in their home.

It seems more so today, that it's "cool" for the guy to cook and know his way around the kitchen. I see nothing but good from this change in how it was in previous generations.

I'm decent, so long as I have explicit instructions to follow.

The way to my heart is through my stomach..I love food (Though i'm fit as hell) ...will you marry me?

I'm a horrible cook so be prepared to cook EVRYDAY

My grandfather was a cook in the Navy (Under Siege, bitches!) during WWII and my grandmother had 12 kids to feed (and without a maid; suck it, Carol Brady!), so I'd say cooking skill runs in my blood.
I'm really good at making Mexican and Italian dishes, but i've been trying out Greek and Thai recipes lately.
