How many PM's do you receive each day?

About 0.04 messages per day. Either they are replies to mine, or they're totally frivolous (sometimes both). Nothing serious ever.

So I'm wondering why you want to know. Are your questions just out of curiosity or are they related to something that is happening to you?

I get them rarely btw.

Roughly two or three a day. But that includes times when a bit of a "conversation" takes place, and that'll skew the average. Sometimes, I'll have a twenty-messages-each conversation with someone...and then nothing for a week.

Who from? Various JUBbers. Those I've become close to, and those I don't know at all, and everything in between. What are they about? Everything and nothing.

I do not receive PM's on a daly basis. I have received about 400 in my 4 1/2 years here on Jub. They really vary in subject, everything from how to make chicken soup (it turned out really good) to another Jubber interpreting my dreams for me.

I usually try and reply.I have never been harassed by PM, I might have had some lively discussions but not harassed. I have never been bombarded with PM's.

If any of this is happening to you, Pm's go by the JUB code of conduct, so you can report it to a moderator.

I get two or three a day on average, but sometimes a lot more if I get into a "converation" with someone.

I almost always reply, but sometimes the PM is more of a comment and doesn't need a response. I've never received anything threatening or upsetting. You can always put individuals on ignore or report PMs to the Mods if someone oversteps the mark.

If the OP is reconsidering his decision to block all PMs, I'd urge him to reverse it.

Everyone should have at minimum 2 e-mail addresses. One for family and one for everyone else.

Let family know that if they use the "family only" e-mail it had better be for e-mail ONLY, no "look what I found" "here is a money making idea" " Isn't this cute" bull... and if they use it for anything but e-mail they will be blocked.

The everyone else e-mail is for...yea...everyone else. This is the account you sign up for stuff, reply to associates, etc, etc. It can fill up with "junk" spam (don't let it) control it.
