Around here, the pics don't even have to be of yourself. Plenty of folks here just post good looking pics. Some falsely claim ownership, others don't

Very rarely in the 2 years ive been here. Thoug in October, I seemed to have a spurt for a week or two where id have stings of PMs
 
I don't really get much! Every now and then....but pretty much get a big fat zero :P
 
I get a few. Depends on if I'm having a ping pong PM chat or not. I also use them to keep in touch with a few people.

PMs were very important to me when I was coming out two months ago. Those who PMd me really lifted my spirits and helped me feel better about it all. I am still in touch with some and a select few I chat/email/PM regularly now and we keep in touch.

My experience of PMs has been good. The odd flirtacious one is also very welcome. I love it when I get a flirtacious PMs. Thanks guys. You know who you are. Some of you have posted in this thread. ;)

So ChickenGuy if you were worried about being inundated with PMs from all sorts of random horny guys or rude idiots the many posts in this thread should convince you otherwise. Unless of course you are the sexiest guy on legs and start posting pics. Then like Jerry you may get more than you care for.

So I'm wondering if you will change your mind? :confused:
 
I get none. I've been here for over five years and I've managed to make no friends or even enemies. It's quite amazing, really, and mirrors the anonymity of my real life.
 
I get a few every now and again.

I tend to get a lot of comments sometimes though.
 
I have a regular guy or two that I talk with through PM. Just a quick hello here or there. So I get about 10 a year.
 
I haven't been here too long, but all the PM's I've received have been from 2 people.

I enjoy their posts and comments, so they're always a fun read.

Maybe you have to fill more your profile. How can a guy be interested by another guy if he has no information about him. I don't speak of naked pictures.

I have never posted pics of myself but I receive more than 1 post per month. I can say 4 or 5 PM per week (it's an average). I really think we have to fill our profile (informations about us, gallery, blog...). Maybe trying to post as often as possible in threads will help to increase the number of PM. But it's just my opinion.

I agree. When someone sends me a PM, I always reply to him. And when I send a PM, I've had often a reply (just one of my PM didn't have a reply).
