I'd say the average is about 2 times a day. It feels so good to take a dump, seriously...how wonderful it is to relax your sphincter and just let it all out. :-)


Although a few times I had to grab onto the furniture so I could push it harder...damn Mr Brown was really stubborn. He didn't want to leave the house that day...I had to kick him out. :twisted:

3 a day every day.

i drop a solid one at 6am.

a softy at 5 pm

and some random bloopity blops in the middle of the night.
 
when I was hardcore dieting and only eating 5-600 calories/day, I actually had to keep a calendar of it because I was only going like twice/week (and if I hit the 6-7 day mark, I'd take laxatives)... but that was a couple years ago.

i don't count calories, but i do eat at least 1.5 pounds of fiber a day,

most in the morning.

i'm a bit of hypochondriac, and if i don't dook 3 times a day i think my intestines are getting clogged with massive pooh and....... something terrible is going to happen.
 
It's hard to say...

But, let me tell you something... That new high-fiber V8 juice shoots through you just like a rocket, believe me.

And, when it's time for lift off you better be near a launching pad, if you know what I'm saying. No time for pre-boarding, or ground clearance... That bad boy is headed out of the gate...
 
depends on if im on campus. i think they put fiber in the food, cuz it runs right through me...
 
^^^^try having a pear (if you like pears) with breakfast and one more with lunch for 1 week straight.

and for dinner don't favor 1 type of food,

have the same weight in vegatables that you have in protein on your plate.

ab exercises help too.
