How much do you believe in KARMA?

Do you mean actual Karma, as in the Japanese philosophy of spiritual ‘dust’ that accumulates on a person’s soul when they live a disharmonious life compared to their true state of being?

Or do you mean fake New Age westerner crap that says, ‘every good thing you do comes back to you, and vice versa’?

Indeed it does. Many a Jain and Vedantist have adopted exactly this position. That it somehow still managed to become a regular part Buddhist philosophy only demonstrates how confused Buddhists are about karma in the first place. Chalk it up to Sanskrit?
