How should most people become wealthy?

No, actually the Americans are okay for birth rate. It's the first 127 countries on this chart that are causing the population to balloon.

I cannot agree as long as one is looking at these figures insulated so to say; these figures must be looked at in context with other data.

E.g.:

Rank #1 Niger, 6.89-7.58 (depending on source) births/woman, would have really many wealthy people (…if there weren't that greedy creditors/creditor nations).

Reason: Niger's population density is only 10 (per km²), and the much more important „Real Population Density“ (population per km² of arable land) is merely 84.

Low „Real Population Density“ is an excellent premise for wealth — again, if there weren't greedy creditors/creditor nations.

Do you mean creditors who expect to get paid for their services according to the terms that countries accepted?

Do you mean Niger would be rich if it had donors instead of creditors? If other countries just gave Niger lots and lots of money instead of lending it to them, then yes, Niger would be rich.

LOL, let's forget the quirks of Niger and Niger's creditors, let's just look at the list:

And now we need some economic history:

— Would #218, #215, #205 be such rich countries today if they wouldn't have such a low real population density?

— What were these countries birth rates in let's say the 1850s?
