Full survey question : When you're eating a dish that calls for chili (pepers or hot sauce) what do you consider to be the perfect level of "hotness"??

Omg.....the survey slut is at it agian.

I LOVE hot and spicy foods.

I voted 8.

My favorite type of food is thai food. When I'm eating thai food it isn't good unless I'm sweating (in the face) and my nose runny.

How hot do you like your foods?

Mild or wild..........weigh in.

This thread will show who my true friends are. I love spicy food and you must love it to be my friend.

I'm Indian so I grew up loving spicy food. Fuck even my ice cold water must spicy or I won't drink it.

Well, Ram...goodbye.

I'm an utter wimp when it comes to spicy food. I know other people like it, but it always simply overloads me. I can't taste anything other than "hot". I'd rather actually taste the food.

Worst culprit? Snack foods. Really? Xtremely Hot Cheetos? I don't want to be challenged by my snack foods, of all things.

Maybe you are trying the wrong kinds of spicy food? Spicy doesn't necessarily equate to hot.

I don't like most spicy food. I might have some medium hot wings. Usually if there is a mild choice that's what I get. I don't like the smell of hot sauce either.

I like hot men, but not hot foods somewhat spicy is ok and I like curries and spicy salsa on Mex food

I'm implying chili (hot)

I like spicy things to be quite spicy, but not to the point where I can't taste it because my lips are burning off, but hot enough that I have to occasionally go eat some cucumber or drink some milk.

That or in the true spirit of loving british comedy, two of my favourite examples come from Red Dwarf;

1. A good vindaloo that only a lager can kill
2. Fried egg + chilli chutney sarnie that dissolves the bread and makes you imitate listers "I think I'm having a baby" response.

... awkwardly while searching for a Red Dwarf reaction face photo I came across this... now I'm scared

Of course, some people do drink spicy ice cold waters in India. So, stereotypes ahoy.

Threadanswer: my asshole burns happily.

Oh ok. I just to salvage whatever friendship I have left with Lex. He can still enjoy spicy. I still think I can be his friend.

Prefect level of hotness. It should be melting the plate.

I have so many new friends here!

Maybe if you guys spent more time giving me yogurt enemas and less time smoking chipotle chiles I wouldn't be such a Scoville-loving racist.

I'm Norwegian, spices for us are salt and pepper...without the pepper.

I do like my chicken and lamb biryani moderately spicy as well as the Indian lentil soup. The same with Mexican food.
