There is no contradiction. Read my explanation again. Men in Europe and the U.S wouldn't consider me straight, but men in South America, the Middle East and Asia would. It's a matter of definition and whether you are using chromossomal or morphological(other than sexual)/psychosocial criteria to define whether it's gay to be attracted to males or not.

Yes, this is exactly how the rest of the World defines it. Go to Latin America, Asia or the Middle East and you'll see that there are tons of men who regard themselves as straight even though they have sex with males. In these cultures, a man is still regarded as straight as long as he only plays the "male"(penetrator) role during sex. He is only regarded as gay or a queen or whatever if he takes the penetratee role during sex - putting one's dick inside a man's mouth is not gay, but sucking another man's dick is.
