I had operations many years ago to try and correct Hypospadias, on the advice of a well meaning GP. Alas I'm not sure how successful the surgery actually was. However some decades down the line I'm now suffering fairly frequent urinary tract infections. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had Hypospadias surgery, especially if they find UTIs a problem. In fact it would be helpful to hear from anyone who gets UTIs so we can compare notes. Recently I had an Ultrasound and that failed to indicate any recognisable problems, so it made me think the source of the problem might lie further down.

Hey I had few surgeries on mine. Don’t have any infections but I’m ashamed as the head have different shape.
