I can only speak for myself but there is a stage you eventually reach when it's no longer as important as it once was, when your real-life sexual interest fades, and when your priorites in life change. I'd get more out of social contact and 'simple' pleasures these days. It was a bigger deal (although not hugely) in my teens and 20's, but now it really isn't any more. You'd be amazed how little I ever get explicitly sexually turned on by guys in the real world these days. The sexual component is going with every passing year, to be replaced by a sensual/emotional/intimacy component - but not a personal one. I know what I want most, and it doesn't involve anything below his waist or above his neck.
