People in Canda and Great Britain are praying that they don't get sick, even pulling their own teeth, because you don't get to see a doctor. You go on waiting list and might see him several weeks or months. By then you're dead.

Gee, why would we not want that uh..... common sense.

You know you don't even know what you are talking about. I am Canadian and I can call my Doctor's office and get an appointment the same day. The last time I was in emergency I was being rolled up to the operating room for an emergency hernia operation even before I got a chance to let anyone know I was in the hospital.
Our system may not be perfect but I will take it any day over the American system

I don't know. I haven't been paying attention. But Palin's advice to Canada about our health care system is undoubtedly the reason you don't have one:

"Canada needs to dismantle its public health-care system and allow private enterprise to get involved and turn a profit."

Good advice? Turn it over to the money mongers and make health care unattainable to everyone. Yup. Good advice.
