... my right foot is killing me. A few weeks back, I twisted it and it popped really loud. Never really hurt or anything, but once in awhile it would send a sharp pain up my leg.
While cleaning, I tumbled over something and banged myself up. Ever since, my foot has had a sharp pain in it. It's okay if I keep it flat against something. When I extend or flex it, the pain returns. The pain seems focused about halfway between my toes and ankle, mainly on the top of my foot and radiating down to the right side. It's not swollen or turning colors. Not sure what I've done, but it hurts. Icing it (and heat) have done nothing to help other than making my foot cold or hot...
If I didn't know better, I'd swear I broke it and the tumble aggrevated it. If it's still hurting in the morning, I'm calling and making an appointment with the doctor. For tonight, I'm taking a couple of aspirin and going to bed.
