I kind of have an OCD personality to begin with. Aspects of my life generally run hot or cold, black or white. However, my obsession is now the gym. It's all I can think about -- working out, making my body stronger and bigger, buying eating all of the right foods, taking the right supplements, etc. I'm not a compulsive exerciser but I do have body dysmorphia. Should I be concerned or just go along for the ride? Other aspects of my life give me little joy and are lackluster. The gym is like a shining beacon of sorts.
