Like we fucking zillion million people around the fucking world have any fucking idea of what the fuck you are talking about when you fucking give any weight in fucking stupid pounds (lbs) for Fuck's sake :roll:

Or you could just accept your body for what it is and wear nice clothes.

That is what I do and I always feel great when I go out. ;)
 
Thanks and Im pretty sure I do wear nice clothes and do feel good when Im out its just when Im swimming or having to show off my body really. I do exercise btw just running n stuff. Im defo gonna start push ups/pull ups and sit ups that should help alot ta Nx

The OP doesn't have the Will power to do those things, and doesn't want to be musclely.

One of the biggest misnomers in working out. OP, you can't happen upon or accidentially get muscley. Go to a gym sometime and look at some of the people that lift weight. If lifting = overly muscley, then everyone at the gym that lifted would look huge (which they dont')

to make you body look better you need to lift. you need to increase your strength.

to lose the fat in your core, the most effective exercises are lower body exerciese, lunges, squats and deadlifts.
