If given the chance, would you be reborn as a straight person? Why or Why not?

Let's say a magical princess fairy popped in your mother's tummy while she was preggers with you, and asked, "do you want to be gay, bi, transgendered or straight?" Would you still say gay,bi, or transgendered?

I would still say gay. Being gay has taught me alot about life and how to be independent and love myself, cuz alot of people don't accept or like me. Plus, if I was straight, I'd probably still be an annoying uber religious homophobe, I'd have to wear a condom every time, and I'd have to deal with girls pmsing all the time.

No thank you, magical princess fairy :)

people are finally waking up to the fact that its religious nut jobs who perpetuate this notion that homosexual behavior is wrong.
when we have to think it must be easier being straight, it just says so much about how far our culture still must go.

Before I accepted myself (and that took decades), I'd've said straight. But now I don't care. I could be anything and know I could love myself.

Plus, if I was straight, I'd probably still be an annoying uber religious homophobe,

The worst religious homophobes are closet cases. They are not straight. Straight people couldn't give a fuck. It's the closet cases that stir up all the shit.

I've had a shit enough last couple of weeks to seriously consider anything which might make life easier at the mo...

I had a fleeting thought that being straight could be better back before I came out but knowing all the advantages of being gay(not counting the anti-gay bigotry) and what a dead-end excuse for a life I'd have being married with children, I quickly came back to my senses.
Needless to say I'm glad to be gay. I always seemed to get along better with my fellow men than with women(of both sexes), kids, or even fems.

My homosexuality has given me a strength, courage, and wisdom (as an unconventional thinker) that I wouldn't trade for anything. Being gay hasn't taken away from my life. On the contrary, it's added to it. It's a part of me. And I'm loveable as is. :)

I would choose to be gay. I like who I am. I don't know what type of person I would be if I were straight. I'm happy and I'm not going to change.

No i'd choose to be straight just because my life would be a lot easier, my life would be a lot simpler and i wouldn't have all these problems to deal with...

If given the chance I would be reborn in a world where my sexual orientation wouldn't be anyone's matter.

Being gay is a part of what I'm and I'm fabulous

I love the view from where I stand, and I wouldn't change that for anything in this world.
