I want to get a DVD player from a PC Richard & Son in the area, however, I have a hard time spending money at places that seem to put the customer last. When most retail stores seem to never be knowledgeable about their inventory, or expect the customer to know anything they can on their own, and make informed decisions without any assistance, it can be frustrating.
I called in about the item, and even though the store may have been busy, resulting in a possible tie up on the floor, a store manager who answered seemed too curt for my tastes.
