I'm so old I remember when kids shows and cartoons weren't thirty minute commercials.
 
I remember when they actually ran cartoons for the entire morning on Saturday instead of news shows and infomercials!

Any way it was a kids show where you put a piece of plastic over the screen and used what i think was crayon to write on it when they told you to.
