I've been giving this a lot of thought lately. I really want to get my ear pierced. I'm not looking for anything really dramatic; just one of those nice diamonds, or small rings.

Which ear should I choose? I'm not so stuck on which one is gay, or straight, I just need some feedback.

i think there are very few people who look when pierced - and generally the ones that do were HOTTIES of note to start off with - so ya NOT A FAN OF SHRAPNEL

i had my ear pierced when i was 9

if that says anything

Get a .25pt to .50pt diamond. That would give you the right amount of bling-bling.

Don't forget that you will need to keep whatever jewelry you are pierced with on for 6 weeks without changing it. So make sure you make a good decision on that. Personally, I love a small simple ring on a man; not too fond of studs. I wish I could do mine, but my job does not allow it. Enjoy!

Right now because I don't have a job I've been Body Piercing apprenticing with my uncles friend. Heres the deal homeskillet.

Left = straight
Right = gay

Yes, people still tag everyone these days.

No it will not hurt.

Avoid piercing guns if possible they will damage the skin while it's healing. ( nothing serious but a needle is more appropriate)

I have 26 piercings and I'm getting more on Halloween.

;) They're fun.

Im thinking of getting my nipple pierced...

If you are, here's some advice from someone who's been dealing with an unhealed nipple after 1 year: 1. Sea salt soaks are the best. 2. Do NOT touch the piercing during the healing period. That means no turning. I messed with mine and have a lot of painful scar tissue. I still don't regret having it done; I love it.

If you have both ears pierced does it mean your bisexual, or is it just a fashion statement?

WTF?! It's not done healing after a YEAR and you haven't taken it out yet? Hun. that's your body rejecting it. It's only supposed to be 3 to 6 months.

You're supposed to turn it and clean it so you can't tell him not to touch it. You should use hand sanitizer before you mess with it though.

Also, you could be taking TOO much care of it. If you KEEP soaking it and KEEP cleaning it, it's not going to heal.

I have been to several piercing studios about my problem piercing and they all tell me something different. The last advice I followed was to leave it alone, and it improved a lot. But the holes at either end have not healed properly. I may have taken too much care of it at the beginning, but now I just leave it alone. I still don't see anyone be able to pull or play with it. I don't know what it's future will be, but I have put up with it for this long because I really want to keep it and don't want to get the scar tissue repierced.

Jumpin' Jeebus on a pogo stick! Are there even 26 body parts that you can pierce? :eek:

I had my right ear pierced for about ten years. I let it grow closed about eight years back. Just didn't like futzing with it.
