Just to address a couple of the points raised:

1. A Jerk-Off group may well be hot, but it wouldn't "do it" for me - the turn-on is in the fact although the scenarios may be planned by me - the others involved have the situation thrust upon them suddenly and they have to assess the situation and decide how to react according to the conditions. Here's my third scenario. It happens once a month, when the window cleaners come:
