How long does a charge last you? Be honest with your numbers [-X

A charge will last me almost a full day of "normal" usage for me (facebooking, texting, phone, some games, safari, news apps).

If I'm having a heavy iPhone use day, I sometimes have to juice up in the car or bring a charger somewhere with me.

I honestly don't know. I plug mine in for music whenever I drive, so it gets a couple of charges a day that way. I never pay attention to where the charge is, or charge it any other way.

At least a day maybe two if I'm not surfing the web too much. I put it to charge when I go to bed each night.

Generally 1-2 days on my old iPhone 3G. I charge it while in bed, it never runs out typically.

I generally recharge every night, when I sleep and take the phone when I head out in the mornings. It drops to about 1/3 charge when I get home at the end of the day.

I usually recharge at night as well, but it rarely ever drops below 50% unless I use it a lot for games and things that take a lot of power. I always carry a charger with me, just in case, and there's also one in the car - so I'm all set! :D

My iPhone only cost me about $750, but it is worth every penny, as far as I'm concerned. I love mine to bits! :D

For $79 a month($948 per year) I get the iPhone, $650 worth of calls, unlimited SMS/MMS and 1GB of data. Who charges $2000 a year??

As for my phone, with the iPhone 4 I can make it through at least a day and a half with moderate use. Battery life on the new one is GREATLY improved. On my old 3GS I used to eat through my full battery in less than a day of use.

Still can't hold a candle to the Blackberry 9700 I had though; that sucker went through a day and a half and was only at 50%.

Mine is about $830 a year... and it comes with $4,800 worth of calls... plus, 100 free text messages per month.

100 texts a month? I'd use that in a day

but I'd only use about 12 minutes of calls.

Mine is down to about 75% at the end of a day and I charge overnight. Cost £420 a year includes £360 of calls and unlimited texts. Best phone I ever had, next best was 3G version.

On what planet does the iPhone cost that much per year? You'd be heard pressed to get the cost up to that much on a single line.

yeah, mine costs around $1200 a year. $1500 this year if I upgrade to the iphone 4.

And is it worth that much? Absolutely.

I use it for so much that I would feel lost without it at this point, lol.

Most days, I recharge every night. If I'm particularly light on the use (say a few sms, few webpages, short call), I can go two or three days. If I'm browsing when I should be paying attention in lecture, just five or six hours. Using my phone only as a means to make emergency calls, I've gone just about a week. This is all based off my 3GS; I haven't had the 4 long enough yet.
