I'm pretty sure there is no saving Twitter as we know it. If it goes into bankruptcy, who knows what will emerge - but I suspect it will just fold, and in the end, Elon will have to suck up the debt and pay.

Elon is literally incapable of understanding how to run a social network, and his massive ego precludes listening to people who do. Plus, who the hell buys a failing business for three times the sticker price?

Trump has said he will not re-join Twitter....but he lies about everything to the point you'd think he was Russian...he is on the horns of a dilemma...abandon Truth Social and he sinks that ship in the dockyard...try to re-establish a base on Twitter and risk not only having hundreds of parody accounts but also the risk of failure if in fact bots are being screened and he only ends up with a few million followers. He also knows that since he is about to be indicted, every tweet will have to be vetted by his own counsel.
