This feature existed on the old forum where you could browse a default public album with ALL images that had been posted on the Albums page.

You also have private albums like before.

I'm going to be working on some new public albums, so stay tuned.

Ok thanks. Yeah, I kind of thought so. I just noticed more, I suppose.

There are photos in posts that I linked with IMG tags. Those photos are not showing up in those posts, but they're in the albums. Don't know if that is fixable?

In 'Trump This' Post #414 is supposed to be Trump eating the documents photo from my Posting Pics 3 album from Aug 10.
Let me know if you need more or any other info.

It should be showing as an "upgrade" on your profile. I checked and your upgrade is in the database with an expiration of Sep 19, 2026. Let me look into why the upgrade isn't visible on your profile.

The number of views displays on the thread list in the center of the list. Are you not seeing the stats on the thread display?

Yes they are in there but not working. I am working on fixing that.

Thanks for the example. I think I've figured out why these aren't showing up. The conversion that ran yesterday loaded all of our attached images into a new directory. The conversion should have also updated all of the links to the images to point to the new directory.

Techie/nerdy details: On the old forum, there were two ways to display an attached image - 1) with an [ ATTACH } tag or 2) with an [ IMG ] tag. The conversion worked on the [ ATTACH } tags. For the { IMG ] tags, it didn't update the directory location, so it can't find the attached files that were posted with an [ IMG ] that are in a different directory now.

We'll talk to XenForo and see if we can get those fixed so that they display correctly.
 
I'm having trouble posting the latest chapter in the thread "The Coming of Josh". Here to fore, I've written a chapter in Microsoft Word, then copied it and pasted it on my posting to this story and it's always gone through. Last night I followed the same procedure. It triple spaced between paragraphs which I corrected manually on the post, then when I went to post it, it gave me a message that it was too long to post. I never had that problem before. It said something about 10,000 characters was all that could be posted. I have around 10,000 words per chapter. Not sure how many characters that is. Is it possible to post a Word document as an attachment then? Any suggestions on how to fix this? It's been great to work with so far and I'm sure there must be a work around someway. Thank you so much for any assistance you can give me. FT

Using a gif as an avatar isn't working. Mine remained a static image.
