For the past few days, an image "logo-retina-2022" now overlays the menu bar at the top of the forum pages.
I cannot access the drop down menu items except for a second, after a page refresh, before the image obscures the menu.

Is this a forum software change?
I'm not seeing it, which makes me suspect it's coming from our advertising system. Let me check with the web programmer to see where it might be coming from.

Hi what browser and resolution are you using? Could you also provide a screenshot please?

That JUB banner image always covers the menu buttons except for a fraction of a second at page load.

Ah, you're viewing on a phone. I pulled up the site in iPhone emulation mode and I am seeing the banner image covering the menu options.

I see that the ads have returned in every thread after every 4 or 5 posts. Is this a blip or a permanent feature?

It looks like the setting was actually wrong for the supporters. You shouldn't see any ads now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm kind of dense when it comes to technology on a computer on certain websites. I love this site though I can really express myself. I wouldn't really miss it if I wasn't a member so please help me to correct whatever I'm doing incorrectly. Thank you. Bill1954

I just started going on here again (Used to lurk a lot which is why my post count is low) my questions is this, is there anyway to save other people's posts for later? I remember i was able to before but i cant find it now.

Every time I click on somebodies user name I get a messaging saying: “

Oops! We ran into some problems.

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.”

Am I missing something here? Can’t figure out how to message somebody. (Safari mobile browser)

I haven't been registered here for a long time. My understanding is that you have to have made enough posts to be able to see folk's profile. It's a "are you a real person" test.
Also, some people have their profile "hidden" for lack of a better term in their privacy settings.
That's how I have it figured out.

^All correct.

It's part of the anti-spam software. Once the software "learns" that a new member is not spamming us, it will automatically upgrade them and open up new features.
