It's not very hard at all actually. We have a Code of Conduct. Repeated violators are shown the door. It's pretty simple actually.

Jumped in without testing the waters. Good intentions+poor execution=bad behavior. I inadvertantly exhibited a few behaviors I try to discourage. Thankfully it wasn't permanent. This is the only gay club I can go to without getting dressed. Plus the liquor is cheaper and NOT watered down since I fix my own drinks.
