It's official, the new Wonder Woman is here

She did better than Crisis movie and New frontier and the showcase Black Adam movie, Green Lantern. She even did better then the Superman Apocalypse. All star Superman hasn't done so well so far either. It just did half of what Wonder Woman did. I am glad they are putting her a lot of the movies though. I read they were gonna do a Batgirl year one and scrapped that due to their perceived low sales of Wonder Woman. They also were gonna do Teen Titan Judas Contract and now they aren't. So what is the next movie after Green Lantern? Another fuckin Batman movie. Then probably another Superman movie. What story is on your wish list? I wish they would do Kingdom Come, Teen Titans from the 80's or even the one with Cassie and Superboy, I would like to see the challenge of Artemis story or really any Wonder Woman one, lol. To be honest it wouldn't matter. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

They ARE making another 'origin' story Superman, with a different actor then Brandon Routh. A British actor. Although I do love the characters, I AM getting tired of seeing Spiderman, Superman, and Batman movies. I would love to see a Justice League movie. The previews for JL DCU on line's plot was fantastic!!!! Even a 3D movie like that I would love to see.

Great day! I passed my CNA state test and GREAT pics of Wonder Woman looking fantastic! I love the look. I noticed they also toned the make-up down a lot. She may give Lynda a run for her money! I pray this is a huge hit and at the very least we see a full season of 22 episodes.

LOL, thx :D I already am seeing complaining about this suit also. Drives me crazy people are so critical. If she wore panties it would be camel toe city! lol
 
I am glad of the changes they made... especially the red boots. I get the whole thing about not really being able to run, and jump, and fight... but LOOK at the boots - is it just me or do they actually look kinda funny as flats instead of heels??? Maybe the wedge heels would have been enough, but some kind of lift?

I would have preferred heels (or wedge). Being able to fight, run, jump... in heels is what puts the wonder in WONDER WOMAN. :)

What are some of the other peoples' complaints?

Heels might look better but Wonder Woman in the comics talks about how ridiculous heels are. She doesn't have heels. People can't seem to get past the pants. I like them. I even liked the shiny pants. Remember how Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman would have heels one minute and the next minute you would see the manly looking stunt double in flats and than Lynda is back in heels? lol
 
Being a Wonder Woman fan you know better then that! lol. You know her new run starting in the 80's had her in no heels and that continues today. None of her books since the 80's has she worn heels. The comic you are showing is her mother not Diana. The other stuff is not from the official comic. JLU cartoon is not part of her comic either. I don't mind heels though. They look good if you are sexing her up. But Wonder Woman isn't vain and wouldn't wear them.
 
I have read a couple other sites regarding the WW tv show... I was impressed to hear that they did in fact read everyone's complaints on the blue boots, and made changes.

I wonder if they will show Themyscra/Paradise Island in the new show?

When I was a kid, my grandmother lived near a river on a farm. In the woods near the river, there was huge oak trees with ferns growing in the crooks of the branches, and the trunks and the ground was covered with English Ivy.

Near by, there were old abandoned immigrant housing shacks when the farm land was an old Hop Farm. I used to pretend that area was Paradise Island, and the shacks were various temples.

Of course, being male I had to have special permission to be there, from Queen Hippolyte.
