Last year I bought some "autumn harvest" soup and it was literally nothing more than watered down pumpkin pie filling... and I know it was because it came out after thanksgiving when the store probably had an excess of it and were looking for creative ways to get rid of it all. I can't remember if it was Sobeys or CO-OP.
I like how they tried to make the setting "look" '50s with a new Crosley record player and an '80s Panasonic TV.

...which got me to watching a Howdy Doody episode from 1951, now. Yes, one of the most popular kids' shows ever...but how did mail get to "Howdy Doody, P. O. box 4, New York, N. Y."??
Not even a Zone in the address. I don't get it. (No, zip Codes didn't exist yet, but Zones were used - such as Detroit 23, Michigan.)
