It's Time For Big Brother 8 (USA)!!! (Merged)

I also wonder if the people behind the walls watch the houseguests poop and pee all day. During Tuesday's show, they showed Daniele walking to the bathroom and closing the door and there was a camera above her and she's crying. This means that there are camera's that they can watch them pee and poop and there are probably ones above the shower too then.

I was wondering the same thing. What happens when they use the toilet? Why is there a camera over the toilet?!!!

Not sad to see Nick go...at first I liked him, but then he started doing weird shit like growing that god awful stache and then getting rid of his beautiful hair. One thing that I was surprised about though is that Danielle vote Nick off...I thought she was close with him...what happened?

Why would you want anyone to come back. Joe was annoying. Carol and Mike are just blobs of nothingness and Nick is annoying.

Dick and Danielle are really annoying me. They're just whining about how it's such a mistakes to get rid of Nick... yeah for you two but not for anyone else. Shut up. Why would these people who are playing against you ever keep someone who would vote against them but not you around. I mean come on. Eric, Jameeka, Jess, and Dustin, had no attachment to him whatsoever. Why would they get rid of him after Kail and Jen who are gunning for the Double Ds. It doesn't make sense! I mean if they got rid of Kail and Jen first you'd have a four block D, D, Nick and his puppy Zac. Why would they ever create a powerblock that includes them and not you? If you're too stupid to realize that the point of the game is not to play as a team you're gonna loose. Bye Bye.

So we switched to Showtime package yesterday so last night was the first time I had BBAD....I dvr'd it and started watching it this morning....what was Amber and Dustin talking about a banner? was there a banner that flew over the house saying something about Amber and Eric?

if so...wow what a throwback to the first season! Remember like everyday someone's family would fly a banner over the house...haha

Mike emailed me and said that his time in the house opened a few doors, and he'd keep me posted, so I have a feeling we'll see more of him. Too nice of a guy for that house I think.

^I kinda agree. He's probably hot for her, and is really pissed about it cuz she'd never have anything to do with him.

Depends what you call 'work'. Mike's friends with a customer of mine at work. I'm toldI've actually met him, but it's a busy place, so I don't usually remember everyone.

well I just watched the arguement between Dick and Eric, and I must say, Eric is very smart and easily held his own agaisnt Dick. I would have loved to see him play the game without America doing it for him. I think he could have totally won the whole thing. He might still.

i don't like eric because his personaliy is just so annoying. and he talks the most shit of anyone in the house. and his outburst against jen was just so spastic and bizarre. i liked dustin at fiurst too but now he's grown so smug, obnoxious, hypocritical and annoying. he's worse than joe. but i also hate how he's mentioned several times that he's so straight acting that no one knows he's gay right away. on what planet?

I wouldn't say Eric held his own, but he didn't lay down for Dick like Dustin is doing. Eric clearly was intimidated but he has some testosterone in his veins unlike Dustin.

If Dustin had an ounce of manhood, he would have said something back cause even little Eric (who is much smaller than Dustin) defended himself against the wannabe Tommy Lee.

I actually think Dustin's a small guy too, like maybe 5'9? no more than 5'10... and he's NOT straight acting LOL, anyone with a little bit gaydar can tell he's gay, compared to Joe he may be a bit masculine tho.
Anyway Dick is such a dick, I'm guessing a very negative representation of atheists or even democrats...

I think doesn't is normal. You can tell he's gay (shrug) you can tell most gay men are gay, or at least I can. He has a little bit of gay stereotype but everyone embodies a portion of some stereotype. I also don't think that 5'10 is "small." I think that's pretty average at least for us Americans.

Dustin is a big boy. He looks about six feet and has nice thick legs. He looks good, I won't lie but his personality... ehhh!

If you're into "obviously" gay guys, yeah he's hot. But flamboyants aren't really my types.

Anyways Dick called out Dustin again and Dustin is crying in the work out room with Kail. I think Dustin should take a page out of little Eric's book about how to yell at a elephant even if you're a mouse.

Has anyone seen who paid for the banner plane? This whole week was played because of the banner. If it hadnt been for that, Zack would be the one up this week instead of the one Danielle put up.

Dustin does seem a bit on the cocky side but He/Eric/Jen are the only people that are intelligent.

I agree I was dying with Jameeka having seizures/praying in the background and Jen complaining about the belt for the bunny suit in the foreground.

Now I'm not giving Jameeka this much credit but I think the no HOH may actually work in her favor. She is far and away the last person that's going to be nominated for a LONG time.

I agree. Eric should've told those four point blank that week if we keep Nick until after Kail, Jen, and Zac are gone he's gonna work with D&D and screw us over. I hate how people are like well you convinced me... allright well you cast the vote dumbass. Maybe think for yourself. You're accountable for your own actions.

Jameka is starting to get on my nerves. The whole praying thing is absurd. I'm sure God has bigger decisions that what happens in the game.

Amber is useless. Watch her win the whole thing. She has no enemies. That's a shame considering she's played with no strategy except to let hell break loose all around her.

OMG, Amber's anti-semitic comments (maybe CBS won't show them, but she's been ranting over and over on the live feeds about Jews) have made Fox News!

Anti-Semitic Rant on CBS' 'Big Brother 8'

Amber Siyavus Tomcavage

If you don't watch 'Big Brother' on CBS, you're not missing anything. Every summer they trot this turkey out so we can watch hideous human beings compete for money while the cameras roll and host Julie Chen rolls her eyes.

This summer has been no exception. Normally these people just expose their greed and stupidity. This is group of people, after all, who in eight seasons have never cracked a book or discussed anything other than their appearances.

But two nights ago on CBS' overnight feed on Showtime Networks, a player named Amber Siyavus Tomcavage stirred things up. The 27-year-old Las Vegas cocktail waitress must have forgotten that the cameras were on when she — under her breath — had a long discourse with housemate Jameka about "the Jews." Her mother must be so proud.

The essence of Amber's complaint? That Jews she has met were "bad" people and you could tell them by either their noses or their names. Jameka, who professes to be a Christian, made no reaction to Amber's declaration. None of the footage has been shown on CBS' broadcast so far, but it's all over the Internet.

Amber's exact statement: "The majority of people I know from New York are Jewish, and the majority of Jewish people I know, my gosh, so many are so selfish. So weird. Even my sister always tells me, she's like my sister, and my mom will meet someone and I'll be like, 'I don't like that person. That person doesn't seem like a very good person to me,' and my mom and sister are like, 'You know why?' Why? 'They're Jewish.' How do you know? 'Amber you can tell by their last name, you can tell by their nose.' I'm like, 'Really?'"

There is at least one Jewish player in the house, Eric Stein, also 27, of New York. Stein was made "America's Player" when the game began — a secret unbeknownst to the other players — and should win barring any surprises. His main quality has been that he is the least offensive of the group.

And what a group they have been. There's a 44-year-old father who looks like Tommy Lee. His pretty, blonde, far undernourished 20-year-old estranged daughter is in the house as well. She had a thing with a 25-year-old hunky failed football player (since evicted) who also flirted with the other men and talked about having gay sex. Only one half of another gay couple is left. They were actually former lovers, but not before we learned the now-evicted one gave the other an STD.

Is this America? No. These are people whose lives are so pathetic and desperate that they want to be on TV 24 hours a day. In England there's a whole channel devoted to "Big Brother" around the clock. Here, thankfully, it's only three hours a night. Still, even giving this gang one hour is too much. They are empty souls, devoid of nearly anything remarkable other than their ability to cause revulsion.

P.S.: There was one exception to the awfulness of the types who have come and gone from "Big Brother" since it began stateside. Cassandra Waldon was on the first season back in 2000. Waldon still works, as she did then, for the United Nations. She is now a communications officer. How she got on "Big Brother" is anyone's guess. She was heads and tails above all her other housemates then. With this latest group, she would have needed an interpreter.

I love how this fair and impartial FOX news article bashes Dustin and Joe for no reason considering the fact they're gay has nothing to do with the fact Amber is anti-semitic. Funny it didn't feel the need to mention Jameeka thinks God is personally guiding the outcome of the game or that Huge buisness owner and super CHristian Kail perpetually betrays her best friend. Only FOX can make an article about someone being racist turn out homophobic.

^^^ Lighting both ends of the stick eh?

Hey, who are Dustin and Joe trying to appease? They're just being themselves.

Who cares about how they come across (obviously you do in this post right here).

Let me get your "train of thought" right... you care what Fox News thinks but non-Fox-employee-American-citizen everyone else's views on gays in America matters?

See how foolish that sounds (foolish and hypocritical)?
