Not so hot... I had to puzzle over some of your letters, especially the verticals. I wonder if I would have understood it if I didn't know the song.Originally Posted by redfox70

Yes, I see your point. Re-reading it objectively, I can see that it is a little hard to understand. I can write more legibly than that, but it's more time consuming. Most of the time when I write anything down it's purely for my own benefit and sometimes when I write myself notes, it's even more illegible than the example above, so when I try to read them back to myself, I usually have to give up!
I didn't even think of that when I was writing my "Jabberwocky" exerpt... it's one of the only poems I know very well (Blake's "The Tyger" is the other one), and I just watched Alice last night (the 1990 miniseries, starring the adorkably babelicious Andrew-Lee Potts, which I heartily recommend), so it was the first thing that came to mind.
Yes, I probably would be able to understand your example better if I was familiar with the poem
But I wanted to point out that half of my writing in the meeting notes was done without looking at the paper... I hate interviewing with people who don't look at me, so I was maintaining eye contact and scribbling at the same time (I gots the mad skillz).
That's pretty good then. If I tried to do that, I'm sure it would end up as unintelligible scribble scrawled all over the paper!
