Jackass star killed in firey drunk car crash

Almost as ugly as your self-aggrandizing, holier than thou comment that appears above.

Who the hell do you think you are ?

What the hell are you talking about?!

How is it "holy" of me to state that the man, drunk and speeding, contributed to this accident that took his life in a foolish act; a waste? What the fuck is wrong with actually stating that?

Who the hell do you think YOU are that i'm supposed to - now knowing the facts - negate that from my frame of thought and not speak on it? You've got some nerve.

Oh this self righteous chump and a few dozen on this thread know who they are every time they look in the mirror or the toilet before the flush.

They are the real jack asses, perfect in every detail and nasty as any fucking bigot I've ever heard. Legends in their own mind.
But their day will come.

There is a point where critical thinking fails and the issue complex and no one logically can defend drunk driving but bad things happen.

And to astro-creep who thinks he has never done anything could jeopardize anyone else. He must live in a fucking box only moving to sip some water.
What a egotistical bore you are.

This thread just crashed and burned.

Presumably it was the passenger's choice to hitch a ride with a drunk?

If, by some miracle, Dunn had survived & the passenger died, he would be liable both criminally & in civil court. His death doesn't change his liability - as far as I can tell. (I am not a licensed attorney, but I do have the Wikipedia.)

I'm not going to celebrate his death, he was probably a decent guy, but good thing it happened before he hurt some innocent people in a car or murdered some kids. It's one thing to have a few drinks and get behind the wheel and get pulled over for some minor infraction and then get a DUI (my story) but this idiot was speeding 130 MPH after doing a bunch of shots, he could have killed a lot of people, it's selfish to get behind the wheel after drinking

I live in party central so I see people getting behind the wheel drunk every night. Some of them are speeding up my quiet residential street like 80 MPH. Idiots.

I feel the same as many of you on here do. It's very sad that he died at a young age and left behind his best friend. :(
But at the same time he was just asking for trouble by driving at .19 at over 130mph at 3AM on a road that was meant for 55mph in a car that is very unforgiving of any mistakes. (it's nickname is the widowmaker for a reason!) Ryan had a very long history of reckless driving (incluing flipping over a car with Bam as his passenger) and a DUI. As someone else here said the only miracle in this is he didn't kill someone else along with him and his friend.

his toxicology reports have been released. his blood alcohol level was double the legal limit.

This is a frequently misleading stat.

Here in .za in the 90s, the legal limit was 0.08%. It was lowered to 0.05 and then 0.03 which it is currently. Being twice over today's legal limit is still under the legal limit of 15 years ago; it does not necessarily make you "drunk."

A bit of an update for clarification:

His blood-alcohol level was 0.196 at the time of the Monday morning crash, according to the toxicology report released Wednesday by West Goshen Township Police. The legal limit for drivers is .08.

Even though this may be the case
Presumably it was the passenger's choice to hitch a ride with a drunk?
I still agree with this, myabe it was the passenger's choice to ride with a "drunken idiot", but maybe it wasn't his choice for the driver to do 130 mph!! Maybe, just maybe, if Dunn was at least doing the speed limit...they would have made it home and/ or to their next drinking spot safely. While Porsches are amazing machines built for precise handling and excessive speed, they are not built to automatically recognize/compensate for the carelessness of an impared operator.
His passenger's widow should sue the estate for whatever she can get.

But isn't that exactly what his millionaire production company did?

I bet they're furious that he did his best stunt without their cameras watching him.
Funny, but so sad and true.
One down...
Yea, and what makes it worse, it that this is the "legend" he lived up to be---a real JACKASS for drinking and driving.

Whether he had a Drinking problem, Drug Problem, was a Prostitute, or had issues being Gay the Man is dead. The BIG Deal is that he was a human being and somebody's Child.....

This.

Was it a poor decision to drink and drive? Yes. He could have just as easily hit someone and killed them. But saying it is a good thing he is dead because he made this bad decision is fucked up.

R.I.P

I wonder if the other jackasses are just itching to out-do him and do a faster, stupider stunt
