The Pies took Power apart by 41 points at the Phone Dome. How good are they - Bucks running around like an 18 year old, Rocca, Tazza booting them through, Dale Thomas a lad from Drouin has excellent skills even for an 18 yo and there is not much of him; when he fills out he will be awesome.

The site was probably jammed by disgruntled Dockers supporters lodging protests against the farcical ending to their game in Launceston!

If you're wondering about the scoring for the Dockers/Saints fiasco .... I checked the rules and because you cannot tip a draw in this competition, every tipster is awarded a point for a drawn game.

Rugbyusa continues to head the leaderboard, though several other Jubbers are now in hot pursuit!

Re the 'controversy' ...... here's the latest from the AFL website:

As the AFL continues to investigate the controversial finish to the St Kilda-Fremantle clash in Launceston on Sunday, Victoria's biggest betting agency has warned of serious ramifications if the league reverses the result.

Victoria's TAB Sportsbet has already paid out on a drawn result after receiving a fax from the AFL about 20 minutes after the end of the game telling them the final scores were correct and the result would stand.

Fremantle has officially launched a protest to the AFL over being denied the four points after the umpires failed to hear the final siren.

As a result play continued for about an extra 15 seconds during which time the Saints scored the match-tying behind through Steven Baker, denying Fremantle of what would have been the Dockers' first ever win in Tasmania.

As of Monday lunchtime the AFL - through its investigator Alan Roberts - was still examining the controversial finish with a final decision on the result of the game expected later in the day.

As a Saints fan, you may think I'd rather have the DRAW than be beaten by one point, but to be fair, I think Fremantle deserved to win. There was no doubt in my mind that the game was over when Fre were one point ahead - and our point which levelled the score was made AFTER the siren (whether the Ump heard it or not!!)

Ditto pour moi! (Peto is not the only dill who can rabbit on in very bad French!) I would have got 8/8 if the Cats, Bulldogs, West Coast and Hawks had won. This week could see a few upsets so I think I will throw the form guide away and resort to the tea leaves, if I can get the damn things out of the bag.

HELP!!!!!

I have been spinning the chocolate wheel and reading the tealeaves for 4 hours. Everytime I ask, "Carlton or Essendon", the wheel goes mental and always stops on the segment, "Bankrupt" or "Have another turn". The tealeaves all congeal into an indecipherable blob in the bottom of the cup. So far I have had 23 cups of tea and my bladder is sending me to the loo every 10 minutes.

Can someone please advise as to who I should tip?

PS Hear of the indian who had 52 cups of tea? Died in his teepee.

The West Coast Eagles 16.16.112 defeated Collingwood by 15.8.98 - just 14 points (sob). And the Pies led several times during the match. Obviously Bucks not there helped weagles over the line. Ozguy, were you there? Heard nothing from you so you must be on the way home as I write. Enjoy the celebrations, because one day in September, The Pies will retaliate!

I don't know how Josh kept on going for the whole game, he must have been knackered at the end. And neon Leon booting that goal over 60 metres. Just outstanding.
