So theres going to be a Jurassic Park IV... anyone excited? Or does anyone else think Jurassic Park should remain extinct, in fear of it being yet another movie that should have just called it quits when it was good?

Jurassic Park: An amazing fun filled family action adventure with just the right balance of scares, thrills, tender moments, CGI, excellent script and great actors.

Jurassic Park - The Lost World: A somewhat rehashed mix of the first film with mediocre entertainment value.

Jurassic Park III: An absoulte abortion that was embarassing to watch, with absolutely no value in ever rewatching.

So yeah, I would say it's time to leave it alone now.

With 3D being all the Hollywood rage right now, doing a Jurassic Park in 3D is practically required. Sure, the story will likely suck. But it will be 3D, OMG!!!!

i hope its vicious as fuck and sends children screaming and crying from the theatre with shit-filled drawers:twisted:....i liked the 3rd one too

If it's done in 3-D I'll be sure to avoid it. I don't mind sitting through a mediocre film, but the 3D movies are terrible for your eyes.

- i would rather they just remade the first in 3D to be honest, like they did with Titanic, Beauty and the Beast etc than make another one with a rubbish story..

- haha thats an epic thought, wouldnt mind seeing that happen!

Had the original been more like the book, it could have been closer to what you described.

The first was fun. Then, as usual, they redo the same old stuff into the ground.

On the other hand, if this is in RealD 3D, I'll be there in the third row with a bucket of popcorn. (!)

Fuck, I just bought the trilogy on Blu-ray now I have to wait for this shit to come out to see a 4 movie box set? They just need to stop the only reason why I watched the third movie was because it had Sam Neill in it, if he wasn't in the third film I don't think I would of cared much about it.

My obsession with prehistoric animals will draw me to the film, regardless of potential disappointments in storytelling. It's a weakness of mine...

Oh boy this is going to turn out like that Vanessa Hudgens film isn't it? Journey to something or whatnot.

Looking forward to seeing Jurassic World this week. It had the the 3rd largest opening day EVER.

Scores Biggest Opening Weekend in History, Beats ‘Avengers’ Record

After the final numbers were tallied, the dinosaur thriller inched past “Marvel’s the Avengers” to become top dog on the all-time list, with a U.S. debut of $208.8 million. The superhero blockbuster was the previous record holder with a $207.4 million bow. The 'Jurassic Park' theme song from 1993 hits No. 1 on Billboard charts

Twenty-two years after the release of "Jurassic Park," the memorable theme song from the 1993 film has found its way to the top of a Billboard chart.

On the strength of the recent box-office domination by the film's sequel, "Jurassic World," John Williams' "Jurassic Park Theme" has jumped to No. 1 on Billboard's Classic Digital Songs list — a "205 percent gain" after selling 3,000 copies last week, according to Nielsen Music.

With 2,000 digital copies sold, the No. 2 song on the list is a cover of the same "Jurassic Park Theme" by The Piano Guys. The group also recently released a cover of the "Jurassic World Theme," accompanied by a music video with surprisingly impressive production values.

Jake Johnson was cute in my opinion

I didn't like this movie at all. What a waste of $$ and time.

Just because you don't like something doesn't make it a waste. The box office says different.

The Piano Guys always have high production values and a lot of amazing videos. Although there are other members of the group, Jon Schmidt (piano) and Steven Sharp Nelson (cello) are paired in the majority of their videos.

EDIT: Did you see the pterodactyl?
