View of St. John. Now that's something that surprised me in Canada, the amount of heavy industry in towns and cities. We didn't stop but moved on to Moncton-Dieppe.

One of the things I love about Canada is the shopping in large supermarkets. The range of produce is overwhelming. Here I might find two brands of milk in 3 kinds. full fat, semi skimmed and skimmed. Oh and goats milk, maybe some organic milk, buttermilk for sure and of course chocolate milk.
This caught my eye while shopping.

Thanks buttons, Now I have to plan that trip to N B. My dad was born in Grand-Anse close to Moncton. We still get our milk here on the farm in glass bottles.

Hopewell Rocks.
We had to go twice to see the wonders of these rocks. At high tide when the base of the rocks is covered by the tides and again and low tide which was round 5. Even though the park is closed then you can walk down among them. The difference between the tides is about 46 feet, which make it some of the highest tides in the world.
They have different names for them, these are known as the flowerpots.

This one looked like a sleeping giant, but I have no idea what it was called.

It's a Kodak Z650, I bought it before going to Canada and I'm still getting the hang of it, but it's amazing what you can do with it. I love the zoom capacity it has especially when you switch it to landscape mode. The macro I'm still not happy with, that could be better and I can't get a decent lens for my analogue camera, seems nowadays they cost more than a good digital camera, which is a pity.
I have several lens' for the Nikon, but need to purchase a macro. But my Exilim by Casio does great macro shots.

Normally I try to avoid pics that have other people in them, but this gives a really good indication of just how big they are
