dpnice: That is the Torre Agbar Building in Barcelona on Avinguda Diagonal. I recognized the building because I have visited Barcelona several times. The city is full of great architecture and sculpture almost everywhere one looks. The magnificent apartment building on this page is likely from Barcelona though I am not certain. I am certain that the water truck in the picture is Font d'Or, a popular bottled water company from the Catalunya area.

I also like belamy's cityscape/architecture pictures. Some I can identify and others I cannot. I hope I have been of some help to you.
